Shadows grasped at the long-legged creature as it stood amidst the tight-curling trees, tail whipping out at the air behind it. Muzzle lifting towards the heavenwards, the creature, a wolf no less, let forth a short, sharp howl, his tail rising like a human's victory-banner behind him, now. He had sensed the scent of the Alphess of the terrain- though her scent was so faint that it was obvious she hadn't been at the terrain for a long time now, and thus, he had decided to claim it.
Eyes glinting, the Maned wolf sat back on the ground, tail flicking rhythmatically behind him. A year and a half old, he may be, and not even old enough to mate yet, but he felt himself capable enough of being Alpha here- though, Bayard was unsure of how other wolves would react to being led by such a young presence.

~Emmeline~
Lithe bod skipped elegantly on dainty mitts, sharp optics cold and steely like daggers as they rested on what would be a gentle, attractive facade, if a scowl was not creasing each delicate features.
Long-ish fur swept back easily in the wind as she skipped lightly, ignoring the claimance howl blessing the frosty air, her plume shook lightly a few times in curiousity, audials twitching mischieviously for a mere few moments before regaining her careless frolicking, expert orbs alive and bright inspecting the area idley as she did so.

Low growl rising from his throat at the sudden scent of another on /his/ new terrain, Bayard allowed for his tail to curl further towards the heavens as he stood and quickly moved in the direction of the female scent, eyes alert and watchful as he drew closer to her scent, his posture taking on an even-more dominant edge; tail bristling slightly behind him, legs squaring out further on either side of his figure, ears standing erect on his skull, head lifted, muzzle levelled with the horizon.
Thankfully for him, the image wasn't at all ruined by the fact that he looked like an adult of his species; only the arrogance in his tone and the youthfulness dancing in his gaze showed that he was anything but an adult- he was still an adolescent.
Shifting forwards slowly, entering the clearing in the small, dense area that Emmeline was in, he tilted his head to the side, gaze sweeping across her lithe figure. She was older than him, but only by a little- he was pretty sure that she was no older than two, which was only six months ahead of him.
"Hey."
Tone not at all conveying the attempt at dominance his figure had made, rather than being cold or anything like that, his voice was softer, friendly even, Bayard inched slightly closer, eyes once more roaming across her figure, before he nodded briefly to her, the sudden suprise he felt, that he had earlier dismissed, at another's presence returning in full, he sat back on his haunches, head tilting in a near-commical manner.

"Kentre-don't." the young-five winter aged brute called out to his femmora friend. Kentre glanced back. "Aw, Dazueku why not?" the young fem asked with her tail held up. Dazueku gave a blunt look, "Apparently, you haven't learned anything." he spoke. "You don't just enter into another wolven's terra." he then added. "And why is that?" Kentre asked with a blank-yet pointless expression on her face. Dazeuku only sighed. "Wait." he replied, as he lifted his maw into the autumn heavens, releasing an echoing howl. Kentre smiled gently, as she then released a moist howl herself.
Dazeuku calmed his howl, as he lowered his head. Kentre smiled as she turned off. "Maybe, I'll find someone...someone special." she giggled, as she remained calmer. Dazeuku nodded. "As for myself." he smirked, looking on into the trees. Kentre smiled lightly, as she giggled.

Angel
Pitless black orbs stalked along with her bod as she slinked towards the terra, her already black fur was covered with ashes from the fire she just escaped, walking slowly so it would tickle her tail. Angel was wolf of the fire.
Smirking, her black muzzle opened, snapped at prancing deer within a second, blood-thirsty jaws clamping down hungrily, she ate. Her first filling meal in many days, and this is where she would live, if the alphess or alpha liked it or not.
Angel was already stalking closer to the alphess' scent markers, she now was told by scent it was a alpha. She would pretend to be her name, she would pretend to be her fathers destiny, the angel. The angel, to change. The devilish one, the devil angel.
No one would know, though. She raised her already coal-black muzzle to the earth, shaping it to a careful 'O'. She would be the perfect angel, practising this act many times with her now dead cousin, Revenge.
Pure sweet silky honey howl rose upon the heavens, no one, except maybe her own devilish kind, would know what she truly was, would know what the alphas got themselves into. She would wait, her icy grin baring fangs. She would hide them, when she heard the reply.

Three simultaneous howls made Bayard blink several times, before he lifted his muzzle towards the skies stretched out above him like a dark canvas splashed with lighter colours in some places, sending forth a howl much like the one used to claim the terrain, though this had less of an 'authorital' note in it, and was replaced with a friendlier hint- allowing for the three wolves who had howled, two were apparantly together and one apparantly alone, to enter his terrain.
Yes, his.
The thought that he was now definitely Alpha of the lands sent a cold shiver down his spine, made the hair of his coat stand on end, made his eyes gleam with delight. Returning his gaze slowly to Emmeline, he tilted his head to one side, studying her closely.

:: Angel ::
Angel placed her angelic, gently smile 'pon her maw, her eyes pitfully soft. No one would know, what crimes she had done. What worse she had done to other packs, how horrible she acted. Would this 'Angel' ever stay in her kind, gentle state? Yet we would never know, but maybe. Maybe not. It's your choice to decide
Walking forward in a good pace, she saw the alpha, and walked up to him. Soft, eyes bent down to look at her paws, nodding in respect to the young one who appeared to be a alpha. She would smirk later... not now.

The beating sound of the two wolven streaked along the winds, as their question was answered. Kentre, and Dazeuku slowened their paces, as they approached the Alphen's terra, as to the Alphen himself. Kentre turned. "Rather handsome isn't he?" she smiled lightly. Dazeuku turned, "Just come on." He spoke. Kentre nodded, as she followed him along.
((Sorry it's so short, I just got back from school.))

Ooc:// Sorry guys! I forgot about Emmeline...
.::Emmeline::.
Lithe figure halted, paw suspended cutely and audials twitching back and forth curiously, her azure gaze roved over him, noting his youth and inexperience. A smirk slid 'cross her mug, plume wavering in excitement. She could have some fun here.
"Hey."
She spoke sweetly, the smirk still fixated on her muzzle, she said no more, and began to pace knowingly over his land, taking in scents and observing old paw marks set into the earth. As though her land. Just to annoy him.
She was like that.

Gaze snapping from Emmeline to the female who nodded to him, to the female and male whom had entered together, a soft growl rumbling in the pit of his stomach, Bayard backed up slightly, growing wary of the amount of wolves on his land. Deciding to focus on one wolf at a time, he first nodded to Angel in return to her nod, before shifting all five senses onto the female and male who had entered his land together. Catching the female's comment, he smirked, allowing one ear to flick back in amusement, before finally lookng to Emmeline as she responded and acted much as though the land was hers, which made the growl rumbling in his stomach force up and out of his mouth, though it only came out softly, long-legged form looking oddly irritated.
"Welcome. I guess."
His words were directed to all but Emmeline- whom he had already spoken to.
"If any of you are looking to stay here- then, uh, tell me your names."
Slightly unsure of exactly how to react to this large number of wolves who had suddenly appeared, he gave another ear-flick, before sitting back on his haunches.

.::Emmeline::.
Joyous smirk slid across her mug, bright blue pools glittering wildly at her first victory. now she would push him further.
"I'm, Emmeline."
She giggled lightly and continued her inspecting, fixing him with a sarcastic smile and optics brushing up and down before speaking, her tone slightly mocking but hidden well with a smooth feminine tone.
"I must say, you are very young to be alpha....very young indeed..."

Gaze sliding across to Emmeline as she introduced herself, he merely smirked back, all senses now focused on her- ignoring the others for the moment.
"Bayard."
He growled at her next comment, eyes narrowing, suspicion flooding his expression- he was capable of defending his terrain, yes, but he would much prefer to not harm the female- which was what would happen, if a fight ensued.
"You got a problem with that, female?"
His words were spoken with a hint of irritated- no, more than just a hint. A healthy amount of youthful sarcasm dripped from each syllable, also, though his stance grew less calm, and much more defensive- he now believed that Emmeline wished to attempt to take over his land; a feat he would never allow, if he had any choice in the matter.
Growing irritated with the female, of course, he looked back to the other three wolves- though kept one eye on Emmeline, now unsure of her intentions.
