Name: Spartan
Age Group: Teenager
Visage: Cyan
Gender: Fatalia
Pelt: Gold, with a white right paw
Description: A serene wolf with many emotions that run through her. She's nice, loyal, and caring but sometimes is protective. She can get cranky at times, and is agressive and nasty when someone gets on her bad side. She's strong for a petite wolf, and has high agility and keen eyesight and hearing.
Coarse hackles were rose in mid air, the silver hued brute let out a summoning to his fellow pack. He was Karak, the Dragga. Meanwhile, the young golden wolf was being accompanied by Athens, her best friend. Walking along the path of the lake, they began talking of when they were older. The summonings never occured to them, and Spartan and Athens never realized they were needed in those meetings. Obviously they haven't been torwards the caves where the humans were camping now.. Laying at the rivers bank, Spartan unlatched her jowls, fuschia tongue appeared to be dangling to make contact with the water. "I'm bored.." Athens remarked, playfully slashing at Spartan`s head, purposely missing. Spartan whipped her head around so fast, she almost gave her a whiplash. "Don't do that.."
While the two wolves were bickering about, Karak was fending off humans.
"Get away!" he seemd to howl, but the humans took it as a threat. Pulling shiny black objects, shaped in an "L", they pulled the trigger, tearing the wolves in the caves apart. The humans had won, did they not? Spartan`s and Athens` terrain had been invaded and they weren't there to help fend them off. Now the humans had sought the wolf out of every inch of the territory, all but the she, and he wolf Spartan and Athens. Hearing a large booming noise (gun), Spartan`s fur bristled wildly, her lips peeled back to reveal a set of daggers which emitted a low and vicious snarl. Her mitts pawed at the ground, scarring the rich and loomy soil. "What was that?!" she demanded, not waiting for an answer from Athens. Shunting around sharply, Spartan leaped on top hunter, grappling at his neck. The other hunter however, shot at Athens. "NO!"
Athens fell. Spartan hissed diabolically, slashing at the human's neck, making him lunge forward. Launching from her position, she bowled over the other hunter. /And.. our pack couldn't fend off these two idiotic jerks?/ she thought to herself. The two hunters were defeated, and easily. Her pack was such a disgrace, how could they become so weak in the last few moons. Rushing torwards Athens, she held back tears.. but they fought and won. Tears cascaded down her golden fur. Lowering her head, Spartan lay her golden frame ontop of Athen's chest, heartbeats to be heard. The fatalia jumped back, yelping with a cry of shock and astonishment.
Spartan shook Athens like a crazy maniacal scientist, trying to awake the hellion. Soon, the silver eyelids fluttered open, staring at Spartan. She yelped, jumping backwards as if she was going to fling herself in midair. "Athens ! You're alive.. We must go. And now. Before other humans come around back to find out their two hunters have passed.." Spartan grimly spoke, nudging him to stand up and lope freely with her.
Athens merely shook his head weakly, giving a hoarse croak. A grimace was chiseled on his silver frame, his eyes closing shut. "No.. Spartan. I cannot go any longer. Can't you see?"
Athens was slowly dying, paralyzed in his terrible posture and position. "I was destined to die here.. I've been here with all my life, and I'll die here. Besides.. I cannot walk." Spartan stared at him with astonishment, feeling as if she had just been punched in the stomach. She couldn't lose Athens.. Never. Shaking her head vigorously, Spartan growled with frustration and anger.. also with sorrow and desparate misery.
Athens chiseled a weak, but genuine smile, directing it torwards Spartan. "Go on Spartan. It's just.. too late. You can't let the past determine what your future will be." His eyes fell close, and fell limp. Athens. He was dead. Spartan`s tears now started streaming down, her cyan eyes was clouded with tears. Her head whipped to the side, hearing commotion and a foreign language she couldn't translate. Humans.
Spartan's hind legs launched her in air, sending her torwards the bush. She started running.. Running from her past, and homeland. Running from fear and fright. Just running. Her agility rose every second she ran, tears continued streaming down. Athens was right.. /You can't let the past determine what your future will be. / Spartan growled with frustration, continuing her run. The humans and the invasion is now part of the past. Now she just needed to complete her life with a future.
She felt her heart shattered, scattered everywhere, and unable to locate them. She felt like breaking down and sobbing until she had no more tears left. She was heartbroken.. Would she be able to face another wolf? Spartan`s eyelids kissed together tightly, another snarl emitted from her high pitched vocals. She had to be strong and fight for another pack. For Athens. For her past. For her family.
