.::Asha::. A wisp of wind blew through a thick onyx pelt, hues of tan and red line a feminine muzzle. The same fiery hues appear sparingly amid the rest of the she-wolfs dark fur. Haunting optics of an emerald green, flecks of gold within, gaze upon the open land before her.
Lithe frame meandering as always, lost in thought. Darkness had recently began to cast its shadows upon the moist earthen floor. Delicate drops of dew had settled atop each blade of grass. The sweet aroma of grass and flowers reaching her sensitive nostrils. The Lochs cool azure depths were captivating, welcoming all who neared.
Auds, perked and attentive, listened carefully for any movement within the area. If luck was on her side a deer just might pass her by with out knowing. o{ Adair }o
Dark shadow slunk silently towards the Alphess of the lands, markings standing out vibrantly against black fur. Dark-grey eyes watched the female from close by- yet she wouldn't be able to scent him, unless the wind turned and he was no longer downwind of her.
Malicious smirk patterning across his expression, sharpening masculine features, the Devil's Advocate shifted slowly forwards, exposing himself to the light, as well as to the female.
Smirk wiped the second that light swarmed around his body, Adair allowed for his tail to drop down- as if he was behaving respectfully to Asha. The mere thought made the corners of his lips twitch into a smile, though he managed to mold it into a more 'respectful' one before the bright light showed his true colours.
He was quite exotically coloured- black fur for the most part, yes, but his markings were quite strange, and beautiful.
Red, orange and yellow 'zebra' stripes around each of his legs, starting at his ankles, and a white 'skunk' stripe starting at the top of his nape, and travelling right down along his spine and to his tail-tip; which was entirely white, also. Not to mention the beige colouring of his ears and muzzle, accompanied by his stormy-grey eyes.
Adair Mephistopheles looked pretty bloody good- and he knew it.

Optics appear silver, haunting an hollow, as the moonlight caught within their depths. Auds twitched, awaiting the prey she knew would eventually emerge. The silhouette of a figure seen through peripheral vision.
The figure shown suddenly within the softly glow, revealing something quite unexpected. Rising from her crouched position among the tall waving grass, she tilted her cranium. An instant glare crossing swiftly over her features. She found herself slightly intrigued. No prey would dare enter the valley with two wolves in full view, she'd just have to be patient.
Watching carefully as the strange brute had seemed to show respect. Harsh gaze set upon him, never faltering, she hesitantly bowed a greeting. She took in the strangers pelt of eccentric pigmentation and markings. Indeed, they seemed more unnatural amongst the setting.
"Hello"
A simple hello seemed to be all she could think up to say. Having been interrupted from her hunt she gained back her dominant attitude. Maybe a malicious intent long ago forgotten was slowly setting back in.

Lopsided grin appearing on his expression, eyes glittering calmly, Adair managed to supress the cackle of laughter that threatened to escape at her hesitant bow of a greeting. Eyes sweeping across her figure, and making no attempt to hide his actions, he slowly lifted his gaze up to her eyes, amusement burning within his.
"Hey."
His tone was not at all respectful, merely amused- and flirtatious. Grin changing into a malicious smirk, striped tail flicking amusedly behind him, he looked left, right- searching for something, it seemed.
In fact, he was merely searching for Asha's mate- he was unsure if she had one, but, since she was Alphess here- he figured, why not?

A scowl managed to make its way across her maw. Ivory claws gripped the earth as she watched Adair's antics. Her posture held firm as her tail twitched slightly. As the strange brute surveyed her she growled, pearly canines gleaming maliciously.
"May I help you with something or are you just afraid of the dark?"
A satisfied smirk crossed her features as she let her growl fade. Her expression ceased to change as she sat back upon her haunches, fluffy tail wrapping around her fore-paws as she did.
The autumn air, crisp during the night, blew through the valley, rustling the tall grass.

"Me? Afraid of the dark? Hardly."
A soft cackle of pure amusement escaping his dry throat, Adair shifted open closer, stepping towards the Alphess, face covered with a malicious smirk. Tail rising as if he was the dominant male here, he looked towards the ground, idly scratching at the earth- though, in reality, he was doing this just to annoy Asha- he was behaving as though the land was his own.
Lifting a leg up against a rather gnarled tree, Adair turned his muzzle back towards her, smirking again.
"Great Alphess, you."
He smirked after his harsh, amused words rang out in the cold air, his eyes twinkling sarcastically. He'd never done anything to, or with, an Alphess- so with Asha, he was not bothering with any seduction tactics.
Besides- he'd just infected a female with his spawn, and he was in the mood to annoy, now, rather than further increase his bloodline.

Amusement flashed within her gleaming optics. The brute was by far more bold than anything.
"Ah, then maybe you were just searching for your soul."
She took a moment to ponder her options while her gaze followed his every move.
She could very well drive him out of her lands, an option she preferred over all others. Her muscles flexed instinctively at such thoughts. Of course, she could challenge him at his own game? No, the thought didn't quite appeal to her.
Allowing him to continue on, without violence? Eh, where is the fun in that? So many choices, which one, which one?
Her features seemed devilish as her cunning derived her final pick. His words were put aside as she rolled her eyes, sending him a glare.

"Searching for my soul? Nah- I know exactly who has mine."
A smirk flickering across his expresson, as Asha simply watched him, doing nothing herself, he finished 'marking' her terrain, and stalked over towards her, his ego apparantly knowing no bounds as he sniffed half-lazily in her direction, smirk growing.
"He could take your's too, if y'like."
His muzzle inches from her's, for he had sprang forwards before speaking, his voice a soft whisper, Adair smirked, moving his head back, before flopping down onto the ground a few metres away, rolling over onto his back- a further continuation of the territory-marking he was currently amusing himself with; though it was half-hearted, and he knew he could only take the lands if Asha was disposed of.
"And I'd love to 'ccompany you to him, darlin'."
Smirking, a harsh bark of laughter ringing out of his throat, the sudden thought of being an Alpha actually began to settle in, making him roll over in a slight jolt of suprise, eyes blinking for a moment, before shining more devillishly, smirk becoming more malicious, more sinister.

She smirked, he wandered to easily into her plans. Though she had to admit, scheming was an art of its own. One that she found brought her satisfaction.
Confusion crossed her features before she understood the meaning of his words. Why would a wolf indulge in such business? She grinned, evil intent fully evident.
"Ha, you mean sell my soul?"
The fae was fully amused by the seemingly absurd invitation. His attempts at spreading his scent over territory had , most likely to his pleasure, begun to aggravate her. Anger burned within her haunting optics, bod stretching as she stood.
"I must politely decline, for unlike you I don't do anyones dirty work. I thoroughly hope you enjoy being a puppet."

"Sell your soul? Not quite, sug'r.
Who said anything about b'coming someone's puppet, love? I'm not a puppet- I just help tell people about him. In return, I can do anything I want."
His voice as chilling as the sound of bats screeching, he smirked, standing slowly, and walking stealthily over to her now-standing figure, walking briefly around her, smirking widely, before stopping directly in front of her, grey eyes glittering.
"Have anyone, anything, I want."

"Really? I'm incredibly happy for you"
Her sarcasm only fueled her own ever-growing affliction, giving a quick charming smile. Auds instantly pointed behind her cranium, a low growl emit from the back of her throat, threatening the brute. Her paws, larger than the average she-wolfs, steadied her bod as her muscles tensed. This was her territory and no wolf was going to invade so malevolently. Her fur had stood up slightly, ebony strands seeming to have a blue sheen.
The brute was dubbed untrustworthy from the start, but now more than ever. If she had to fight she would, though she had hoped she could avoid it for the night.
Many times she was known to be stubborn. In her own mind, she was just very determined. Her missed meal still nagged at her mind. She would hunt in a short while for deer.

A cackle cascading up and out of his muzzle at her sarcastic tone, he gave an amused smirk at the attempts to threaten him. Casual glimmer entering his eyes, he merely shifted closer to her, amusedly trailing his tongue against her nape, a laugh rising to the heavens.
"Look, darl, y'ain't going to make me leave here. Too good an opportunity to pass up."
His face a malicious painting hung by a psychotic artist, Adair tilted his muzzle skywards, releasing a howl, as though he was Alpha, before laughing again and looking back at Asha, spite glinting in his eyes.

A scowl returned to her maw, growl having died away. Cranium held high, she stood her ground as always. Features went blank, auds twitched to point outward as she felt the lick.
The close proximity between the two made her shift her body. Muzzle turned away from him, watching the lochs cool azure depths. Asha padded a little closer to the loch, gaze hardening. She made sure she watched him carefully at the same time.
"I don't believe I gave my name. I'm Asha, and you are?"
Her tone was rather indifferent. She would let him stay around, though she was sure he'd leave eventually. Might that be the cause for letting him stay? Maybe, but she was sure to keep a watchful eye.

Smirking as the Alphess turned her head away from him, then moved her body away, before looking back, gaze harder now, and speaking. Ears twitching, eyebrows rising amusedly, Adair tilted his head to one side, eyes narrowing as they scanned her face, expecting this to be a trick of some sort- the female was acting rather...strangely.
"Adair, Adair Mephistopheles. Though, you might know me better as the Devil's Advocate."
Harsh bark of laughter escaping his throat, he looked left, then right, searching now for the female's pack.
"You're an Alphess and you have no pack?"
His voice carrying a hint of confusion, as well as plenty of amusement, he gave an irritated flick of his tail- no pack meant no females, other than this here Alphess, who now knew too much about him.
Him and his big bloody mouth.

Tail flicked to and fro, as if it had a mind of its own. The Loch was more captivating at night, she observed. The valley was relatively quiet, except for the two wolves speaking every now and then. She nodded in acknowledgment of his name as he spoke.
Of course, the subject of a pack was expected to come up sometime. A small laugh emit from maw, almost silent.
"Not many come across Elodara Loch as it seems. I almost prefer it that way"
Her features contorted as an internal battle seemed to rage within. She probably shouldn't have mentioned those few details. Shrugging it off she shook her thick fur of small dew drops that had been collected from walking through the grasses.
